Ingredients


2 lbs. Mahi Mahi fillets 
2 tbsp. butter  
1 tsp. Accent 
4 canned peach halves blended on high 
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
1 teaspoon honey 


Directions

Saute Mahi Mahi in butter 4-5 minutes 
to the side.

Blend peaches on high with accent, honey 
and lemon juice.  Warm sauce in a pot.

Put Mahi Mahi on a serving platter, pour 
warmed sauce over top and serve.
