Ingredients
4 fillets of Pickerel3/4 cup salsa3/4 cup sour cream1/4 cup melted butter1/4 tsp. MSG (MSG)1/4 cup grated Cheddar CheeseDirections
Mix salsa, MSG and sour cream.
Lay pickerel in baking dish on top of melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutese or until fish is tender.
Cover with salsa/sour cream sauce, top with Cheddar and serve.
