Ingredients
6 pike fillets1 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. pepper2 tbsp. Dijon (or other Mustard)3 egg whites1/2 cup Mayonnaisejuice from 2 lemons2 tsp. thyme1 tsp. garlic powderDirections
Preheat the oven to 400F. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the pike fillets and bake them in a greased dish for 10 minutes.
While they are baking beat the egg whites and fold in the mayonnaise mixed with the rest of the seasonings.
Spread the mixture over the top of the northern pike fillets and bake for 15 minutes more.
