    Ingredients
    8 northern pike fillets
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tbsp. Dinon (or other Mustard) 3 egg whites
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    juice from 2 lemons
    2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. garlic powder

    Preheat the oven to 400F. Sprinkle 1/2 the salt and pepper over the pike fillets and bake them in a greased dish for 10 minutes. Next, beat the egg whites and fold in the mayonnaise mixed with the rest of the seasonings. Spread the mixture over the top of the northern pike fillets and bake for 15 minutes more.
