Ingredients
1 pound pike fillets2 tbsp. olive oil1 cup chopped onions1 cup of baby carrots1 diced green pepper2 large tomatoes peeled1 cup diced celery1 tsp. garlic powdersalt and pepper to tasteDirections
Simmer pike, vegetables and seasoning until tender in enough water to cover.
Remove pike and keep warm. Blend vegetables and broth into a sauce on high. Adjust the seasonings.
Place pike in a warm serving dish, cover with sauce and serve.
