Ingredients
4 Striped Bass Fillets White wine salt Flour Olive oil 2 to
3 tbsp. s butter 1/3 cup] lemon juice 1/3 cup parsley1/2lemon, quarteredDirections
Sprinkle Striped Bass Fillets fillets with white wine and salt then coat with flour. Mix the oil, butter, lemon juice and parsley and saute the Striped Bass Fillets fillets. Remove the Striped Bass Fillets, Pour the butter and olive oil sauce over the fillets and serve wit the lemon quarters.
