Ingredients

1 6 ounce can Salmon in oil

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1-2 tbsp. olive oil

1 1/2 cup frorzen peas

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1 small pkg. frozen corn niblets

1 tsp. MSG

salt and pepper to taste

1 packed salad mix, your choice

Directions

Put a bed of salad in the bottom of the bowl.

Parboil frozen peas and corn for three minutes

Mix all Ingredients except the salad and put into salad bowl.

Put the bowl in the frig to cool
