Ingredients

Ingredients

4 baby carrots, diced

1 red pepper, sliced thin

1 rib celery, finely minced

1 15-oz. can white beans, drained

1 can Pink Salmon, drained

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 onions, chopped

Optional--2 sliced hard cooked eggs

Dressing

4 tbsp. Vinaigrette or Italian Salad dressing

1 tsp. mustard

2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

Combine all Ingredients except the dressing.

Mix the dressing, spoon it over the salad, cool in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour and serve.
