2 pounds [1 kg] SeaBass fillets
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. [15 mL] lemon juice1/2 cup sliced onions
I tsp. Coriander1 tsp. Oregano1/4 cup olive oilDirections
Arrange fillets in a buttered baking dish.
Combine sour cream, grated cheese, lemon juice and Spread over fish.
Top with onion slices.
Bake into a Preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 15 minutes or until fish is tender.
Garnish with your choice and serve.
