Ingredients
2 Fillets of Sole3 tbsp. Butter2 tbsp. Lemon juice2 tsp. Garlic Powder1/2 cup Mayonnaise1/2 tsp. paprika [optional]1/4 tsp. pepperDirections
Lay fish fillets sides-by-sides on an oiled a non-stick frying pan. Sauté fillets in butter for about 4 minutes a sides. You can also broil fish in oven or barbecue it approximately 4 inches [10 cm] from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, brushing fish with cooking juices every 2 minutes.
Blend lemon juice, garlic powder, Mayonnaise and pepper.
Cover with the Garlic Mayonnaise sauce and serve
