2 Fillets of Sole, fresh or thawed
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika [optional]
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directuins

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme and paprika: brush fish with mixture. Put remainder of mix in the pan.

Lay fish fillets sides-by-sides on an oiled a non-stick frying pan.

Saute fillets for about 4 minutes a sides. You can also broil fish in oven or barbecue it approximately 4 inches [10 cm] from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, brushing fish with cooking juices every 2 minutes.
