Ingredients 6 Dressed Catfish fillets

1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1

1/2tbsp. Flour 1 pint Sour cream

3 tbsp. Olives, stuffed, chopped

2 tsp. Celery

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Pepper

1/2 tsp. Basil

1 tbsp. Dill 1 Lemon cut into wedges

Directions

Put the catfish in a baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery, paprika, salt, pepper and thyme. Spread sauce over fish. Sprinkle with dill. Bake in 350 F oven about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when touched with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
