salt and pepper to taste1/4 tsp. MSG (MSG) All purpose flour 21/2tbsp. olive oil 1 medium thin sliced onion1/2large diced green bell pepper1/2large diced red bell pepper 21/2tbsp. s white wine1/2tbsp. chopped drained canned pickled jalapeño chiliesIngredients
Season the fillets with salt and pepper and dust lightly with flour. Saute fillets until golden brown, about 4 minutes per sides. Transfer fish to plates and keep hot. Add
1/2tbsp. oil, onion and bell peppers to same skillet and sauté them. crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add white wine and jalapeño chilis, MSG, salt and pepper. Stir for 1 minute, then pour over fish and serve. Serves 2; can be doubled.
