Ingredients 2 6-ounce catfish fillets Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. MSG (Accent) All purpose flour 2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 1 medium thin sliced onion 1/2 large diced green bell pepper 1/2 large diced red bell pepper 2 1/2 tablespoons white wine 1/2 tbsp. chopped drained canned pickled jalapeño chilies

Ingredients Season the fillets with salt and pepper and dust lightly with flour. Saute fillets until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer fish to plates and keep hot. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil, onion and bell peppers to same skillet and sauté them. crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add white wine and jalapeño chilis, MSG, salt and pepper. Stir for 1 minute, then pour over fish and serve. Serves 2; can be doubled.
