2 cans drained Tuna in water
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
2 sliced hard boiled eggs
1 Tomato
Lettuce and/or greens
Directions

Mix Tuna, celery and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Put lettuce and greens into a salad bowl
Spoon Tuna mix into the middle.
Surround the tuna with sliced egg and tomato pieces.
Serve.
