Ingredients

1 lb. tuna fillet
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup minced onions
1/2 cup minced carrots
3/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup minced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. thyme powder
11/2 tsp. Accent
Paprika to sprinkle over fish



Directions

Saute minced vegetables in olive oil until tender.

Add tuna and wine to the pan and cover 
with a pot top.

Simmer until tender, sprinkle with paprika and
