Ingredients Ingredients 2 Fillets of Turbot, fresh or thawed 1 tbsp. Olive oil 2 tbsp. Lemon juice 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp. Ground Thyme 1/2 tsp. paprika [optional] 1/4 tsp. pepper Lay fish fillets side-by-side on an oiled a non-stick frying pan. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme and paprika: brush fish with mixture. Saute fillets for about 4 minutes a side. You can also broil fish in oven or barbecue it approximately 4 inches [10 cm] from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, brushing fish with cooking juices every 2 minutes.
